Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for the financier's private tropical island featured within the images.

Additionally featured in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier bought a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had formulated development schemes to develop the substantial island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and includes a key detailing different parts of the property.

In addition to this are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the current congressional release.
